Josef McGuigan, President
Josef B. McGuigan is Senior Director, Assistant Controller for Enable Midstream Partners, LP. Josef oversees the corporate accounting functions responsible for capital projects, operations and monthly financial reporting. As a certified public accountant, he has experience performing financial audits and accounting advisory projects. A resident of Oklahoma most of his life, Josef received his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Accounting from Oklahoma State University. He has volunteered in each of his communities, focusing on programs that benefit individuals facing financial or mental challenges. Josef is active in the Knights of Columbus. Josef enjoys spending time with his wife, Becky, and son Matthew, age one.
Dean Slatev, Vice President
Dean Slatev is the Owner, Managing Member, and a licensed residential mortgage professional for Local Lending Oklahoma. Dean manages the retail mortgage branch in Oklahoma City but lends across the entire state of Oklahoma. Being born and raised right here in Oklahoma City, he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Central Oklahoma. Dean spends much of his time volunteering and serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Oklahoma Sports Hall of Fame, where he chairs the Red Ribbon Program and is an active Jim Thorpe Award Selection Committee Member. In his free time, he enjoys running, cycling and spending time in the gym. Although his favorite time is spent at home with his wife Carrie, son Brenton, and daughter Riley. He has 2 other sons, Kobie and Ashton, whom have moved on in their professional careers as well.
John Semtner, Treasurer
John B. Semtner is the Director of Engineering Services at ADG Inc. As a licensed professional engineer, John oversees the design and review of mechanical systems for architectural and industrial projects. A native Oklahoman, John received his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and the University of California, Berkley respectively. He grew up in a household that taught him the importance of serving this community and began volunteering at a young age. As a member of LOYAL Class IV, Leadership Oklahoma City’s young adult program, John helped to develop and run an after school arts program (PEEPS) for five years. John currently serves on the board of the Boys and Girls Club of Oklahoma County as the chair-elect for the strategic planning committee. John will be the President of the Central Oklahoma Chapter of ASHRAE (an engineering society) for the 2015-16 year. John is also active in other community organizations including the Arts Council of Oklahoma City, the Knights of Columbus and the United Way of Central Oklahoma. John enjoys spending time with his wife, Elizabeth, and son Zach, age two.
John Cory, Secretary
John R. Cory is an Owner and Chief Operating Officer of Cory’s Audio Visual Services, LLC. He works to design and install audio visual systems for installation into commercial spaces. He was born and raised in Oklahoma City. John received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Oklahoma in 2002. He and his family are active members at Christ the King Catholic Church and School. John received a Catholic education that taught him to serve his community. He continues to serve the community by being an active member of the Knights of Columbus. John was also an Eagle Scout and now works as a Scout Den leader with Pack 120. John’s main focus is his family; including his wife Heather, and 2 children, Madelyn (age 9), and Andrew (age 7).
Peter Pembroke, At Large
Peter has lived in Ireland, Washington D.C. and St Louis. It was in Washington D.C. where through divine intervention, he met and married former Miss Sandy Brown of Oklahoma. Peter ran track and cross-country in high school and in college, at the University of Wisconsin, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Peter’s passion for giving back to the community has kept him involved in a variety of not-for-profit organizations everywhere he has lived. He has worked with the United Way Annual Campaign, the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer fundraiser, and the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America. Peter works at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Anderson Properties. Holding true to his Irish Catholic roots, Peter is currently serving as the Knights of Columbus Council 1038, Past Grand Knight. He is an officer with the Chief Justice Kane 4th Degree Assembly 848, and also serves on the Santa Fe Family Life Center Board of Directors.
Robert Mullins, At Large
Robert Mullins is a Facilities/Water Management Engineer at Devon Energy. As a licensed Professional Engineer, he oversees the planning, design, and construction of Devon’s water facilities with special focus on water treatment and recycling. Before joining Devon in 2014, Robert was the Environmental Engineering Manager for Mehlburger Brawley Engineering where he provided engineering services to many Oklahoma communities and private clients. Robert is knowledgeable in all aspects of project management and has managed several hundred design and construction projects from initial concept to completed construction. A native Oklahoman, Robert graduated high school at Putman City North High School, before receiving a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 1038 and Chief Justice Kane 4th Degree Assembly 848. Robert and his family are active members at Christ the King Catholic Church/School and he serves as a Cub Scout Den leader with Pack 120. Robert volunteers for many Devon sponsored community activities, including support of the Regional Food Bank, United Way, and tutors at Mark Twain Elementary School. He has volunteered coaching various youth sports including soccer, basketball, baseball, and football. Robert also serves as the Jr High Football Coordinator for CCYO Celtic Football that plays out of Bishop McGuinness Catholic high School.

Patrick B. McGuigan is founder/editor of CapitolBeatOK.com, an online news service based at the Oklahoma state Capitol, and editor of The City Sentinel, a monthly print newspaper with '24/7' online news coverage. A member of the Oklahoma Journalism Hall of Fame, he was designated one of Oklahoma's three best political reporters by 'The Fix blog of The Washington Post in 2013. He is past secretary/treasurer of the Society of Professional Journalist, Oklahoma chapter, and a life member of The National Press Club in Washington, D.C. A graduate of Bishop John Carroll School, Pat began writing for publication while studying journalism at Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School. He earned bachelor's and master's degrees in History at Oklahoma State University, gaining teacher certification while continuing his work in journalism at The Daily O'Collegian. He is a member of the Board of Directors for BirthChoice of Oklahoma, is active in the Knights of Columbus, and attends Our Lady of Perpetual Help Cathedral with his wife, Pamela. They have four children and six grandchildren.
